collected at the time of sale is for internal use only and will not be
shared, sold or rented to any other person, company or enterprise.
The Full Monty: We receive approximately 200 pieces of "spam" email
messages per hour. That's 200 more pieces of spam than we prefer to
have to deal with. Thankfully we have filters installed to
eliminate most of it automatically after the initial piece of unwanted
email has been received, but we still find it irritating because it takes
time to delete and forward to our spam box.
Since we prefer to know that you have a big smile on your face when you
think of us, we do not share, rent or sell the contact information that we
collect from our clients at the time of sale. We are the sole
owners of this company and any contact information collected at the time
of sale is strictly for our own internal use.
At this point in time, we do not even use the information that we collect
for marketing purposes and prefer to allow our clients to contact us when
they are in the market for a special bobble. It is a strategy that
seems to work, for those clients who want to be reminded of special events
such as anniversaries and birthdays all they have to do is ask and we'll
try to remember for them. At some point in the near future we
intend to implement an opt-in email list at which point our current
customers may receive one (1) piece of email asking whether they want to
join our mailing list but that will be the only contact other than the
on-going email discussion pertaining to their purchase. Customers
not wanting to receive an email regarding our opt-in mailing list may ask
not to have their information added to that file at the time of sale or at
any time thereafter.
We do not use cookies on our site to gather information
about visitors, the only information we have about you is the information
that you provide.
The information that we collect at the time of sale includes:
- Your permanent address and telephone number for our sales receipt.
- Your shipping address and telephone number if different.
- The name(s) you would like us to use on our appraisal for insurance purposes.
For your security, we do not accept credit card information directly on-line, nor do we store credit card information on a computer system for future use. The credit card information that you provide for a transaction with our company will only be used for the specific purchase you are making at that time, we will require new credit card information each time you purchase from our company.
