In an attempt to do what we can to stem the flow of credit card fraud, we only accept payment via credit card from residents of the United States and Canada where we may benefit from the cooperation of the various law enforcement agencies working to reduce the perpetration of credit card fraud and identity theft. We hope that you understand that our policy for accepting payment via credit card was created in an effort to protect "the innocent majority" from the bad guys who don't want to work for a living and contribute to the well being of society like the rest of us.

In the event that we elect to accept full or partial payment via credit card there is a simple procedure that we must follow to prevent fraudulent charges and identity theft. The "process" is actually quite simple [1] we email or fax you a "Credit Card Authorization Form" complete with a detailed description of the item you are purchasing and how much you are authorizing us to charge on your credit card this one time [2] you enter your credit card information on to the form and take it to a licensed Notary Public who will witness your signature on the document and then you [3] fax the completed form to us at 503.296.2221 for immediate processing and we [4] verify your address, telephone number and account status with the bank that issued the credit card and [5] authorize the transaction so that we may [6] ship your purchase to a "staffed" Fed Ex station close to you where [7] you sign for the package personally and [8] enjoy your new puppy. The entire "process" can take as little as fifteen minutes... It's up to you.
