The American Gem Society Laboratory or AGS is an independent gemological laboratory located in Las Vegas, Nevada. Many of the ideal cut diamonds listed for sale on our Private Reserve have been graded by the AGS Laboratory to ensure you of the highest quality. The advantage to purchasing an ideal cut diamond graded by the AGS Laboratory is that the proportions of the diamond are clearly stated in the upper right hand corner of the AGS Diamond Quality Document (DQD) along with a diagram representing the relationship of those proportions... The proportions diagram pictured on the AGS Diamond Quality Document is to scale and is based on the actual proportions of the diamond.
